When checks happen

Flex Bet may verify identity before higher limits, large withdrawals or when risk rules demand it. Completing KYC early avoids a hold on your first cashout. Source-of-funds questions can appear for larger or unusual activity.

Typical files include a government photo ID, a recent proof of address and evidence that the payment method belongs to you. Images must be sharp, uncropped and unaltered. Names and dates of birth must match the account profile.

Outcome

Approved checks unlock normal withdrawal processing under cashier rules. Rejected or unclear files stay open until you upload a usable replacement. Support can say which field failed, but cannot skip a mandatory check.
