Play with limits
Flex Bet is for adults only (18+). Treat deposits as entertainment spend, not income. Set deposit, loss and session limits in the account area before a long session, and stick to them when a cold streak starts.
Warning signs
Pause if you chase losses, hide spend from people close to you, or feel pressure to deposit again immediately. Cool-off and self-exclusion tools block play for a period you choose. Limits that have taken effect should not be bypassed with a second payment method.
Help in the United Kingdom
Use the safer-play section in your account for short breaks and longer exclusions. National advice services and blocking tools for UK players are linked from that area. Support can explain how a limit or exclusion works on your account, but cannot reverse a self-exclusion early.
